Your ideas up there were very useful for me to be able to get to this point of solving the error i was encountering. then open your Word, click Reference and your Mendeley cite-O-matic functionalities should be able to work with no error But it does not show up when I open any other word document. When I open this file Zotero.dot, then I can see the Zotero add-in tool bar.

I followed the instructions on the manual installation, but the Zotero.dot file already was in the Startup folder. Once done, close the explore window, go Mendeley window, tool and instal Word plugin. Hi, Just installed Word 2013 and cannot make the word processor plugin to work.
